My Story
Over a decade ago I began walking a path of ancestral connection and remembrance working with sacred plant medicine and traditional ceremonial ways. What began as a prayer to heal the emotional wounding within, which had manifested outward in my physical body through reproductive health imbalances, unfolded into the reflection of my souls cosmic movement & mission. My name is Brittany Acosta Huehuexochitl, the Ancestral Flower. I am an Alchemical Hypnosis & Curanderismo Practitioner, Folk Herbalist, Danzante Mexicayotl (Traditional Mexica Dancer) and a Seeker of Divine Wisdom & Truth. I am here to walk with you as you reclaim your own ancestral connection, self sovereignty and sacred remembrance of health and wholeness. My Medicine Philosophy
Rooted in Mexican Traditional Medicine, Hermetic Alchemy and the Living Intelligence of Nature, I believe healing is not a straight path, but a cyclical, relational process that spirals with the rhythmic process of Nature. I also believe that healing is not about ‘fixing’ parts of ourselves perceived to be broken or wrong, but a practice of molding and polishing the self back into balance and harmony. By working in right relation with this natural process of healing and transformation, we are able to elevate ourselves, and our ancestors both past and future, out of our wounding into higher states of being and potential.
My Medicine Approach
Each of my offerings is held in a ceremonial, trauma informed container providing a safe and confidential space for deep personal growth and discovery. Through the facilitation of Alchemical Hypnotherapy & Traditional Earth Based Medicine individuals are given an opportunity to make the unseen, seen, releasing limiting beliefs, emotional wounds and behavioral patterns keeping them from remembering their inner knowing and the truth of who they are.
